Nature Source Genetics
R&D: Computational Genomics
Nature Source Genetics (NSG) is a computational genomics company dedicated to the development and application of new algorithms designed to optimize the benefits of natural genetic variation for seed, plantation, and companies. NSG scientists interact with a team of distinguished faculty from Cornell and other major research institutions on problems related to quantitative genetics, including optimization of population structure and design, genetic diversity, quantitative trait loci (QTL) detection and validation, and QTL deployment in commercial breeding programs.
The company’s founders and scientific advisory board include members of Cornell faculty.
